brought an ideal he30 about 2 years ago "Silly Me" had nothing but trouble with it. but 2 weeks ago had 2 rads changed in the house the next day the condensate pipe froze! called out the plumber who installed it as he comes every other month to repair 1 of the many faults it had.Now it makes 3-4 very loud banging noises after the CH has being running for about 20 mins and doesn't stop till you turn it off. then you can switch it back on and after 20mins same thing happens again. the plumbers are stuck today the took the whole condensate pipe out cleaned it and the filters inside the boiler.
