Ideal Independent C24 Pressure

Hi,
had a little problem lately with the Pressure not being retained. I've increased the pressure using the pressure loop on a couple of occasions but the last couple of days it has reduced to near not working pressure. Is there anything I could try before sending for the experts?
Also what is the normal life span of this boiler?

Check the outlet of the pressure relief valve, it should go to outside tie a balloon over the end to see if it fills with water, also try to check the condensate pipe is not running when the boiler is not in use, also if your handy pressurise the boiler to 2 bar then turn off isolating valves leave then preferably leave without using for 24 hrs if no pressure loss its most likely on the heating system, if pressure loss then probably on boiler.
