I have purchased a new filling loop for my Ideal Isar boiler, but it comes with a non return valve, the old one didn't have one, so does anyone know which pipe I put the NRV on, does it go on the left or right as I look at it?
Thanks.

if there is only one nrv it should be on the main side, a lot now have nrv's on both ends.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't know which is the main side.

When I look at the boiler, I have four pipes going in from below to the left is the gauge, one attaches second pipe in from the left the other is second in from the right, which is the main side?

Thanks
