We have a mid-terrace house and wish to add a rear 'side-return' single storey kitchen extension.
At present we have a newly fitted Logic combi35 fitted in a recess which vents into a section the side-return we will be extending into.
As far as I can see the flue can be changed to go through the new flat-roof without any need to alter the height or position however the condensate drain pipe complete with electric warming tape presently drain into a gully which will be covered over by the new extensions floor.
I would like to have this run directly into the underfloor drain.
Is this feasible and are there any other complications I haven't thought of.
Thanks
