Hi, we have a customer with a Ideal Logic heat only boiler that has occasional banging on ignition.

The gas pressures and combustion analysis readings are all fine.
    The electrodes also look fine.

Any ideas what could be causing it?

Hi SGS, welcome to the forum. We don't give gas advice on the open forum, contact Admin with your Gas Safe Registration number and they'll set you up with access to the gas-only Combustion Chamber section

Yeah, but don't hold your breath waiting to get into the combustion chamber pot. I've been waiting 4 years!!!.......

Explosive ignition is not something I've come across on these & Ive worked on loads. Their technical dept is not great, but if your in Scotland PM me & I'll get you some contact numbers of people in the know..... ;)
