Hot water only luke warm. boiler fires on hot water, changed sensor no difference. central heating fine.

Are you exceeding the 10 litres per minute the boiler can heat?

Needs a thermal survey and gas settings checked.

The latter is a job for an RGI.

not on LPG is it? I've set 6 Biasis up this year on LPG cos the installer never bothered. Nice easy work, keep it coming :D

The M96 boilers need to be set for LPG in software and many installers dont know/bother to do that.
