Ideal Response 120 combi boiler - No heating

Hi there,

I hope somebody can help. My pressure is just above 0. I've opened the valve but unfortunately my boiler isn't filling up, nothings happening at all. I've got hot water but no heating.

Any thoughts I what else I can try?

these boilers have a low water pressure switch in so req at least 0.5 bar into fire up the blr. sounds like you need a Gas fitter in to fit a new vlv no more then £90

Have you tried the filling loop to recharge your system? You say you have hot water so the low press switch must be ok.The pump on these boilers only runs on CH mode and not in HW mode,something to consider.

Replace the piece of ****, before its fixed and you persuade yourself to keep it

check that the overheat stat hasn't tripped, red button (bottom right)
