ideal response dhw led flashing ?????

hi
hope someone can cast a light

i have change heat exchanger

now boiler fired once then shut down and dhw led is now flasking steadily and wont fire up again????

boiler worked fine before did exchanger

Best to get a RGI to have a look at it, these things are a right nightmare.
