Ideal Sprint RS75 Boiler problem

Can someone help please, i have the ideal sprint RS75 combi boiler but every time i run the hot water for a bath or washing up the central heating radiators get warm as well, the programmer is in the off position for heating so this should not happen. the pump seems to run for both water and heating is this right ? do i need to replace a part ? if so what.
