Ideal Standard Alto Toilet question

Hi,

This is a close coupled cistern, I need to take the lid off the cistern to resecure it to the wall (bloody kids!!), it has two buttons within a ring on the top of the cistern.

How does it come off, does the ring surronding the buttons need to come off, is it screwed on or does it clip on etc, any help would be greatly aprechiated, advice or a link to an installation leaflet?

I fitted one like that. Push down one button to pull the other button then pull the first button, there a screw holding the outer ring, unscrew it and the lid come off.
