I’m struggling to get over 40c out of the dhw side of the boiler

The flow rates aren’t excessively high around 6 to 10lpm according to the flow meter on the boiler

CH water temp is happily north of 70 but the DHW wound to max barely gets out of the 30s

Everything ‘seems’ fine otherwise

What am I missing out in need of looking at?

Thanks for any input

What’s your incoming cold temperature?

Gas rate- flat out what is the gas amount used over 2 minutes
Forget heating, it is unlikely to be even 18kw unless you live in a big house.
During hot water demand, that boiler is hungry for gas. If there is a lack of it, boiler will struggle to raise the mandatory 35 degrees on cold incoming water
What is the inlet gas pressure marked in the logbook for HW and gas consumed.

Do you actually need a higher temperature than 40C. Anything above and you are likely to add cold water from the tap.

Not sure but can get 51 out of the hot tap next door with a lower capacity boiler and the display on that reading about 60. My boiler temp is no where near the 65 set point
