I’m in the process of levelling my garden before putting down turf. It was covered in slabs and stones, but have got rid of these and so far 3 skip fulls of earth.
So as part of levelling I have had to lower the back of the garden and have created a step down/retaining wall. The blocks aren’t yet set in place, but once they are I’m looking for ideas how I can make it all look pretty!
I want this to look good and be a seating area also.
I’m was thinking I’ll replace the old grey slabs with newer fancy ones, but what can I do to make the blocks look better?
build a nicer wall in front of them? Cover all in decking? Cover in tiles?
Any ideas appreciated
