Having severe problems with a mixer shower - the valve seems to be allowing cold mains into the hot water circuit even when the combi is isolated. So far it's cost me 1500 quid to discover this as the heating engineer is currently in my kitchen fitting a brand new boiler that we now know is completely unneccessary!
Anyhoo, I've indentified the shower as being the proiblem and as such need someone to identify the guts of it to tell me the model and make so i can hopefully find a user manual and repair it.
The shower head says Showerforce so I suspect the whole thing is although my heating engineer seems think it's trevi....
