Identify sliding door kit, please

Any thoughts on this? A manufacturer and type would be useful.

Pondering whether to clean out the clogged track, find a mechanically identical product, or get a modern replacement.

The two mounting bolts needed a spanner marked 1/4 W 5/16 BS, so a bit dated possibly.

Those old Whitworth bolts usually hint the kit’s from a long-discontinued range, so hunting an exact match can be a wild goose chase. I ended up swapping mine for a modern roller-and-track setup, and I had a smooth install after getting help from a sliding door company that sorted the worn parts and got the door gliding again. If the track is clogged or pitted, replacement saves a lot of faff.
