Identify the cause of this...?

please take a look at the attached photos. Something is causing this pile of something.. not even sure what it is! The house is not damp. But this pile of whatever appears every couple of weeks. It appears to be dropping down from the gap between the uPVC window and the wall.

Window needs resealing, looks like remnants from wasps nest.Bay window?

We got that with some old wall insulation, came down through a tiny gap between a pvc trim and the window.
