Found these in the garden, any idea whether they are? Not slabs as they have designs on the side and a stub of scaffold at the bottom.

Maybe bases for something?
They have decoration round the rim. You don't give the dimensions but I think they are bases for an ornamental garden urn or something similar. Possibly a statue.

They are diameter 400mm.
I don't think they are a base for something as the "top" has a design on, so must be designed to be seen. The bottom with the pole is not embossed.

Looks like a bird bath, to sit on a pedestal.
They might be a pair of mill stones.
