hello, my shower taps are breaking but because its one of these cool and contemporary things i can't identify what manufacturer it is from and thus what spare to get

there is a symbol on the bath/shower tap unit which is mounted into the wall

the symbol is inside a circle and looks something like the below:

anyone, any idea, on earth what manufacturer this is?

ok here it is, as you can see the tap heads are off and the black plastic bits visible are starting to break...any idea who the manufacturer is...or can i get any old tap head/part to replace them?
