identify this WC?

I have found (very rarely seen) a modern close-coupled WC with S-trap.

Any idea who makes it?

The vendor says "We manufacture our own products; the makers brand is Trueshopping."

I don't really believe that the retailers have a sanitaryware factory, so I wonder who really made it? I am interested to know if it is any good. It appears to be to a UK specification. The downpipe centre appears to be 205mm (probably 8 inches) from the wall.

Certainly not manufactured for the British market John!! However I can recommend the supplier, I've fitted their Bathroom furniture packs which is excellent value & quality.

I'm sure they would answer any questions you have.

For some years now 'horizontal outlet' WCs have been produced for the UK market & to my uncertain knowledge no UK manufacturer produces a WC with a concealed S trap outlet for the home market.

So you may find the WC you detailed doesn't have a BS number for example.

having found the links, the Twyfords Refresh would be an even better fit for my soil pipe position. Is Plumbcenter a good price?

depends on the Branch manager they set the discounts.

Usually very expensive for one off buys (private customers/diy/homeowners) and in my experience very cheap when you buy a lot

They dont do codes!!!!!! its a merchant not a shop haha

The branch manager/sales fella can set discounts on their screen. They base this off their mood, if they like you, how much they want the sale, what they think they can get, how much money you spend with them.

Try 3 different branches you could well get three different prices.
