Ikea Shelf 'Keyed' Slot Router Bit?

A while ago we bought an Ikea HAUGA Shelf/cupboard unit.
One of the tall end panels was faulty with the drilled holes and routed slots in the wrong place. Ikea replaced the whole unit without question but we've been left with the old faulty one which I'd now like to put to use.
I can re-drill most of the holes but the main shelves have some 'keyed' slots to accommodate some profiled plastic pegs (see photos attached) and wondering if anyone knows of an off-the-shelf router bit that would be able to cut the holes/slots for these.
Kind regards
mwerner

Perhaps you need a beading bit?

No idea which size though, and I am only guessing.

Alternatively, you might be able to use cam dowels higher up (if one face is hidden).

Just drill hole large enough to accept peg and secure shelf with a couple of small L brackets .
