Ikea vanity basins units flat pack?

This is the type it has a 2 legs at the front and the back is screwed to the wall. It's a stud wall that is tiled. Will a fixing through the tile be enough in this case they are 300mmx 300mm porcelain tiles. Thanks

Thank you. The only problem being I would need to drill quiet a large whole on the tile. 10 to 12mm?
