Ikea whirlpool dishwasher dwh b10 green light 2 flashes

I have an ikea whirlpool dishwasher dwh b10. The green power light is flashing 2 times and it's beeping when closed, which I read indicates a flooded base tray.

Right enough, I opened it up and the base tray was flooded. I soaked this up and have left it over night unplugged, but it still has the flashing green light and beeps when closed. I've tested the float flood switch on the baseplate and it appears to be working fine. Is there anything else I can check? Keen to fix it rather than replace, but it is over 15 years old....

I've disconnected and tested the inlet hose and it's fine. I've disconnected the outlet hose under the sink and it seems to be ok, but not sure how to test as the dishwasher won't run.

I've a feeling there's either another sensor that's failing or the control panel needs to reset. Any advice appreciated!

It turns out that switching it off at the mains / unplugging it is not enough to reset it. I held down the start program button (next to the flashing green light) for approx 10 seconds and it gave a long beep and reset. It's now successfully ran through a full cycle with no leaks!
