You may not have missed me, but I'm back!!

I've had a prob (one of many) with the PC - the CPU cooling fan packed up, the PC alarm went off and an on screen message yelled

" CPU COOLING FAN INOPERATIVE!!!!!!!!!! "

Having checked all conn's (which were OK), I switch back on and Hey Presto! it works.

Hmm. Hate that. You get the thing working but don't know how or why.....

The case was exceedingly hot, but not quite 1300 deg C, so I think not!!
