Impaq Contact-W is detecting tamper but always secure ?

Hi

Premier Elte 48-W system

I have 3 Impaq Contact-W and I have installed 2 of them and working fine, I learnt the 3rd one and it seems to be fine but when I try to install I check the Zone status but this Zone is always secure never become active regardless of whether contact is kept close or away?
could this be a fault one?
