Isn't imperial size pipe measured on the ID?
Metric tubes are OD.
BES do 1 3/8" pipe, listed under the refrigeration supplies, No. 13995.
1 3/8" OD is nearly 35mm; they do that as well, but don't know if it would suit your purpose.

Onetap, yeah it's usually done on the nominal bore, but I put OD down because most people look at the OD and I think B.E.S have listed the pipe under OD sizes. If it were ID, it would be 1-1/4".
