Indesit DI620 UK Flashing Lights

I have a indesit di620uk. Changed the door locking mechanism myself today but when I took the door of it dropped a little and some of the wires came out. I reconnected everything again and screwed everything back together. Door locks fine now but I'm getting light's 2 and 4 flashing. Any ideas? Have I messed the wiring up or do I need to reset something?
