The other day our house fusebox tripped. Its a modern silicon fuse type. We live in a rural area and this is not altogether uncommon so I reset the box and it tripped again later in the afternoon.
The following morning we found our Indesit DIF04 Dishwasher was not working. It is totally dead - no lights and no sign of life! It is 3 years old and we have had no problems at all with it up to this point.
I have looked at other postings on this site regarding this model and I've tried the following: checked and cleaned all filters; checked water supply; checked and changed the fuse; removed as much water as possible from the bottom through the internal silver plate (this is because the dishwasher is built in and I don't want to take it fully out at this stage); removed the door and I've checked all the visible wiring.
I've found no obvious problems at all with any of the above. So, if it is likely to be an electrical circuit (the PCB or something) how can I test these components to make sure which one is faulty? Assistance greatly appreciated !!
