Indesit IWME12 Washing Machine

Hi,

Recently moved in to a house and it has an integrated Indesit IWME12 washing machine but unfortunately it seems to have a few problems!

Whatever setting you put it on, the four hour/wash light comes on and the cycle takes about four hours!

Has anyone got any ideas as to how to fix it?

Hi,

Just as an update on this in case anyone else has the same problem, I have fixed this by doing the following:

1) Unplugging
2) Turning the filter at the bottom right front and taking out (you will need a towel as some water will come out) and clearing out any obstructions (in my case a 20p and 2 x 1p!)
3) Turning back on and try cycle again - works perfectly!

I'm not sure whether it was clearing the blocked filter or turning the power off to re-set the board but either way it is working now!
