My Indesit washing machine is not taking in hot water. The hot water pipe (which comes from my combi boiler) is correctly connected and the valve is open but no hot water goes in. The water draining from the washing machine is cold. Any ideas?

take the "hot pipe" off put it into a bucket, turn valve on, any water come out?
