Indesit W123 - Boil wash on EVERY wash

Hi

I have an Indesit W123 and recently whatever washing cycle I select, the machine carries out a boil wash, no matter what temperature I chose.

Do you think the thermostat has gone? Or could it be that there is a blockage at the cold water end?

Any tips would be much appreciated.
