Dear All,
I am glad I found this forum and I really hope you can help me with the issue I have here.
My WD10 has been working just fine for a few years. Lately, we started hearing like a knocking noise whilst running. It did that twice and then the third time, it stopped turning. I can hear the sound of the motor but that's it. So, I decided to take it out of its compartment and I opened the back of it and I found that the belt has fallen off. I put it back again but it doesn't seem to be staying there. I tried it and it worked fine for a just a few minutes and then it fell off again.
Any ideas please to prevent it from falling off??
And, another dumb question, which side of the belt should be towards the inside? The striped one or the flat one? I believe it's the striped one so that it attaches to the wheel and the motor.
Thanks,
Hisham

the flat bit of the belt is on the top if the motor .the knocking noise is the bearings gone or spider broke .time to scrap it .
