Indesit WDG1295 tray keeps filling

Hi all,
My Indesit keeps pouring hot water into the soap tray, despite the fact that the cycle has finished and the water has drained. We have solved the problem temporarily by turning off the water to the machine.
Any ideas what the problem (or solution) could be?

could be a short some where telling the valve to open, could be the programmer
