The washing machine is filling up from the powder dispenser tray and the water will not stop unless the machine is turned off. The water fills the drum about 2/3 of the way up the door. It will drain, but still keeps filling up. If you put it on the drain program it clicks back round to the program it was running and keeps filling up.
My aunt has had the same problem with the same model of machine and as it was covered by the warranty, Indesit gave her a code for a cycle that had to be run to reset the machine. As ours is out of the warranty Indesit won't give us the code, does anyone know what it is?
