I have an Indesit WG820. The clothes after the washing cycle are very wet, as if the machine is not spinning properly. I thought it may be a blocked filter, but i cant find a filter opening on this model. Anyone got a clue?

Does the machine actually spin? Does the water drain away quite quickly?
Could be a blockage in the pump area, stretched belt or problems with the motor and motor control.
More information and a narrower description of the fault will help diagnose the problem.

Sleepyhead,
thanks for your reply. Yes it does still spin but I don't think all the water has actually drained away properly as the clothes are still very wet when they come out.

As I said I think the filter may be blocked but I cant seem to find the filter in order to take it out and clean it, any Ideas ?

Thanks

Not all machines have a filter. If yours does then it's behind the decor panel on the plinth. Pop the decor panel off and see if there's a filter. If it's a blank plate then no filter and you'll have to take the pump out, hoses off and clear the blockage.
