Indesit WIDL 162s door won't open.

Hiya

As title says really, door light is on, we need it to flash for the door to open but it's on all the time.
I have tried running it through a wash again, and tried turning it off for a bit, no joy.

Can anyone help? I have 3 young kids and my washing pile is a mountain already!
