Same problem, same brand, same month : the belt is OK, motor brushes are OK, motor spins no problem with no belt so I assume the motor is OK which leaves out of balance ... how does that work ... or not ?

Have you tried a spin with the drum empty? That should confirm if it's a balance problem.
