indirect cylinder insulation

A relative has an indirect hot water cylinder from which the foam insulation has just blown.
Is this dangerous or can the system still be used and get somone in tomorrow?

Well if there is no signs that this was caused by a leak dont worry about it , lots of older cylinders are like this

Thanks Gas 112. No signs of a leak as far as I'm aware, I was just concerned that it might have blown because of getting too hot.
