Indisit washer dryer eroor

I have an indisit Washer Dryer model WIDL 102 and it is about 16 months old. last night it would not complete a cycle, stayed on the 1st stage untill I manually turned it off after 2 hours. I the drained the machine (uisng the dial drain only option) and that was fine then i used the dial to spin the machine and it was fine for about 30 mins and the the door lock red led flashed rapidly and 2 of the green functionleds flashed as well. The manual said, in a very fancy way, turn off at the mains and turn back on again!! I have done this but still no joy! We tried cleanaing the pump (under the front flap) and that was clean. I have called Indisit and the were not useful at all!!
