inhibitor question

I have recently replaced my kitchen radiator and refilled the system to make sure no leaks(pats self on back), and need to put inhibitor in system. As I have a combi boiler i believe the best way is to put inhibitor into the system is to pour into a rad after draining some water. The new radiator is the easiest one to drain out, if i put inhibitor into it will it pass through into all the other rads or does it have to be an upstairs rad?

It will eventually, as each radiator heats up it is receiving water flow from the heating circuit, this will include the inhibitor.
