Inline, instant, elevtric water heaters to take a cold water feed and give decent hot water for a sink.

Minimum power?
Pros and cons?
Good/bad manufacturers?

Opinions?

Limited flow rate for a decent temperature, need dedicated (power) circuit due to high load.

Much better to fit a small unvented unit

I've got a 7.3kW unit in our holiday chalet in Somerset and it's useless. You have to have a very slow flow to get any decent heat output. In cold weather like we have at the moment the incoming water is even colder so the outgoing 'hot' water is not very warm at all. It would take forever to fill a sink and even then it wouldn't really be hot enough to wash a bowl of dishes.

Commercial or domestic / how many people?

What's the sink being used for?

One person.
Daily use.
Mostly washing hands, mugs and filling the occasional bucket. Anything else would be occasional but I'd rather over-spec a bit than wish I had.
