I've suffered from this for many many years, its a family trait
I usually go to kip around 4ish then up for work around 8 sometimes (at least twice a month) I dont bother with sleep at all but still stay awake till the early hours the following night
Now this doesn't bother me (more my partner) and I cope fine
but it would be interesting to know how it effects everyone else who suffers from it

Im now at the "shall I have another vodka? it might make me sleep stage"
but I have work tomorrow so........decisions decisions

The best cure for insomnia is a good night's sleep (or so my doctor tells me) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Nature's cures for insomnia:

1) Exercise
2) Orgasm

For best results use both at once. :p :p :p

Man-made cures:

1) Warm milk with a dash of whisky.
2) Wogan.

Time for an early afternoon nap ---

I've always enjoyed listening to Tel, and I have been accused of being a TMAG (Terry's Middle-Aged Geezer). Are you honestly saying that Terry is an automaton?
