Installing a ceiling spotlight

I need to install a 3 bulb circular spotlight in a bedroom.

On inspection there are 3 wires from the ceiling each of these wires has a red wire a black wire and a earth.
So I have 3 red , 3 black and 3 earth wires to contend with.
The terminal that came with the fitting seems to only have connections for one of each!
Please can I have some advice of what to do in this situation.
