Not sure why you have connected a red to a neutral??
Firstly you need to identify the switch wire. Sleeve that black red. Then wire it so the two reds are together in a separate block, black with red sleeve to L and black to N.
Earths together and to the earth terminal.
All connections need to be in some sort of an enclosure.
If you have been playing a bit and you have a dimmer switch then you will have probably blown it.
