Installing a radiator from scratch

There was an old vented central heating system in the house with 10mm pipe. A new combi system has been fitted, but in 2 of the rooms upstairs there are still the old radiators there. To fit new ones do I just tee in to the new 15mm flow and return and can this be done at any point upstairs.

Can anyone help please?
