Trying to connect upstairs toilet waste pipe to outside underground sewer pipe which comes from existing downstairs toilet which in turn leads to main sewer.
Well, replying at the same level of detail as your question, you dig thr gound up using a spade or mechnical digger, you run the soil pipe vertically downwards, connect it to an underground pipe that continues downwards to a sufficient depth and then turns towards the position at which you want to make the underground connection, then connect it to the existing underground drainage, using a connection that you place in an inspection chamber or that is combined with one, having bedded the underground pipework on the correct bedding material and backfilled with the correct backfill material.
And you do all of this under the control of your LABC, because it's notifable work.
