Hi Guys

I have removed a radiator and had it out for a few months. I have an isolation value so that pariticular part of the system is off. I will be installing a new towel rad and want to know whether I will need to drain the system ? And will I need to power flush it too ?

I had a brand new central heating system installed (new boiler/pipes/rads) just under a year ago. I have a combi boiler

No, you won't have to drain the system. Simply fit the new rad, add a bit of inhibitor to the rad and then turn on the isolators. Fill and vent the system and top up the pressure as required. A powerflush will not be required.
