Rough estimate installing new radiator

Looking for a rough estimate in removing old and installing new towel radiator. I have a combi boiler system and will need some minor pipework adjustments as the pipes come up from floor in middle of rad whereas i want to come up directly below valves.

I live in North West England. How much am i looking at?

About £50-£100 plus the cost of the new rad.

It could cost £100 in time just to drain and refill the system, depending...

Thinks its a pretty straight forward job. Was going to tackle it myself, but thought it a bit long winded and messy, best being safe than sorry.
