Hi,

I need to remove the sink and pedstal in our bathroom so i can tile the floor.

Next weekend I'll be fitting a countertop basin and mono-mixer taps.

Can i leave the taps off for a week without having to have the mains water turned off? I dont think there is a stop cock under the exising sink and we have a combi boiler.

Ay help would be great!

If you have no service valves fitted on your existing pipe work at this basin you'll need to fit them.
To do this you will need to turn the mains water off while you fit them. After that you can leave the taps off for as long as you like. Don't forget to turn the mains back on tho' ;)
