installing steels in loft conversion

Good Morning,

I am hoping on a very slim chance I can reopen this thread.

I am looking at doing my loft conversion. I do all of these things myself like many of you. However I need to make sure when putting steals in to the loft I am following all the building regulations.

Apparently I need to get my drawings signed off by an architect. Is this true?

I cannot seem to find a building company who can do the Steals in time. Does anyone know of any freelancers or anything who would work with to do the drawings? This would be for steals, floor joists and perlins.

(In my head I know exactly what I want to do and how it will be done I just need to get this done for the building regulations)

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
