installing under floor heating in bathroom

Hi there
Can anyone tell me what is involved with part p.I am a plumber and have a customer that requires electric underfloor heating installing in her bathroom.While i feel that i am competent to do this job, I am not Part P registered, so what would i need to do to get the work signed off.

notify the LABC before commencing the work and pay the fees.. they will arrange to inspect the installation prior to the tiles going down / walls plastered i would presume and again after to test the installation..
