Hi,

I want to install a sink in an outbuilding 10m away from my house. I plan to dig a trench to lay the waste and supply in... Could anyone advise on correct methods and materials?

Trench at least 750mm deep otherwise pipe insulation can be used? 20mm blue MDPE for supply. I assume I convert standard 32mm waste from sink to 110mm soil pipe for its route underground. I should install a couple of rodding points in case it gets blocked? Minimum acceptable fall for the waste? If I can't get the required fall, is there a waste macerator / pump system anyone could recommend?

thanks

All sounds good to me but depending on the purpose and proposed usage of the sink it may be worth your while just to build a soakaway.
